Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understand your rights and our process for refunds, cancellations, and modifications when booking through Global Travel Reservations.

Important: Refund eligibility, timelines, and amounts are subject to the terms and conditions set by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and third-party suppliers. Global Travel Reservations acts as a booking facilitator and does not override supplier policies.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Flights: Refundability depends on the fare type purchased (Refundable, Semi-Refundable, or Non-Refundable). Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may qualify for a full refund, subject to airline policy and departure date.
- Hotels & Accommodations: Free cancellation is available on select properties up to 24–72 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked at checkout and are not eligible for refunds.
- Vacation Packages & Tours: Cancellation deadlines vary by supplier. Most packages allow partial refunds if cancelled 14–30 days prior to departure. Late cancellations or no-shows are typically non-refundable.

3. Processing Time & Refund Method
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after supplier approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Credit card processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 3–10 additional business days).
- Service fees, payment gateway charges, and non-refundable supplier fees are excluded from refunds unless otherwise stated.
4. Non-Refundable & Exception Cases
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Non-refundable fare tickets & promotional rates
- Bookings cancelled after the supplier’s deadline
- No-shows or missed flights/check-ins
- Travel insurance premiums (once policy is active)
- Government taxes, visa fees, or third-party service charges
5. Airline-Initiated Changes & Cancellations
If an airline cancels, significantly delays, or changes your flight, you may be eligible for a full refund or rebooking as per the airline’s policy. Contact us immediately, and our team will assist with re-accommodation or refund processing.
6. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, etc.), refund eligibility will follow supplier policies and applicable travel regulations. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
