Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They govern your relationship with Global Travel Reservations and our travel partners.
📅 Last Updated: January 1, 2025
📖 Reading Time: ~7 minutes
These Terms and Conditions, together with any other written information we brought to your attention during the process of confirming your booking, apply to your booking with Global Travel Reservations (trading as GlobalTravelReservation). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to using the GlobalTravelReservation website and making any bookings.
By using this Site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without qualification. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the website or make a booking.
All communications concerning customer service or your booking must be sent to GlobalTravelReservation or emailed to: info@GlobalTravelReservation.com.
1) Contract
When making your reservation, we act as an agent to arrange your booking with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) (such as tour operator / airline / cruise company / hotel / accommodation provider, etc.) as specified on your receipt(s). Depending on your booking, you may enter into:
- a single contract with one principal/supplier (e.g., a package holiday), or
- separate contracts with multiple principals/suppliers (e.g., flights, hotels, transfers booked independently).
As an agent, we take no responsibility for the acts, omissions, or failures of the principal(s) or supplier(s), or for the services they provide. The principal(s) or supplier(s)’ Terms & Conditions apply to your booking, and we strongly recommend you read them carefully as they contain important information about your reservation. Please request copies if you do not have them.
2) Booking
- Passengers must ensure that all names, dates, and travel details are accurate as per their passport/travel documents and that the itinerary is correct.
- Changes may not be permitted after tickets/documents are issued, and amendments may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers.
- During the booking process, details will be read back/confirmed with you and, where applicable, with the principal(s) or supplier(s). Upon receipt of travel documents, please check names, dates, and timings immediately and notify us of any discrepancies.
- Unless otherwise stated, tickets and travel documents are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
- The booking information you provide may be shared with relevant suppliers and, where required by law or authorities (e.g., customs/immigration), with public authorities. This may include sensitive information (disabilities, dietary/religious requirements). If we cannot pass required information to suppliers, we may be unable to complete your booking. By making a booking, you consent to this processing as described.
- Airfares are guaranteed only upon ticketing. If there is an issue with payment, we will notify you promptly by email/phone; otherwise, tickets are typically issued within 48 hours of booking (subject to supplier processing times).
- Baggage allowances vary by route, cabin/class, and airline policy. Airlines may charge for checked baggage, excess baggage, or other optional services. Please confirm current baggage rules directly with the airline.
- Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. Tickets are generally non-refundable/non-changeable due to no-shows.
- Passengers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents and visas for the full journey (including transit). Visas must be obtained prior to ticket issuance where required.
3) Payment
- Customers may be required to pay a deposit or full amount at the time of booking. If a partial payment is made, the balance must be paid by the stated due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation by the principal(s) or supplier(s), which may include cancellation fees as set out in their Terms & Conditions.
- Unless otherwise stated, all amounts paid are held on behalf of the relevant principal(s) or supplier(s).
- All prices shown are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
4) Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance to cover you and your party. Some suppliers require insurance as a condition of booking, and certain destinations may make travel insurance compulsory—please check with the relevant embassy or official government guidance.
- Travel insurance may cover cancellation, medical assistance/repatriation, loss of baggage/money, and other expenses. Coverage may also be available for supplier/financial failure (where offered).
- If insurance is arranged through us, please review the policy details carefully to ensure accuracy and that all required information has been provided. Failure to provide accurate information may affect coverage.
5) Delivery of Documents
- Documents (invoices/tickets/insurance policies) sent by post are dispatched to the address provided. Once posted, we accept no liability for loss unless caused by our negligence.
- If tickets or documents must be reissued due to loss (and not caused by our negligence), reissuance costs are payable by you.
- Alternative delivery methods may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
6) Passports, Visas & Health
- While we can provide general guidance on passport and visa requirements, it is your responsibility to confirm requirements with the relevant embassies/consulates. We and our suppliers accept no responsibility if you cannot travel due to non-compliance.
- For air travel, airlines may require specific photographic identification; please confirm requirements in advance.
- Passports should generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay (requirements vary by destination).
- Travelers to/transiting the USA may require an ESTA (Visa Waiver Program) and travelers to/transiting Australia may require an ETA, where applicable. If your itinerary involves separate airports or connections, you are responsible for arranging transfers and confirming transit visa requirements.
- We can provide general health information, but you should consult your doctor regarding vaccinations, medications, and medical advice specific to your circumstances. Requirements may change; it is your responsibility to comply with all medical guidance.
- Some airlines (including but not limited to Pakistan Airlines, Air India, Jet Airways) may require full passport details to issue tickets. You must provide requested details promptly; delays may result in seat cancellation and fare differences if rebooking is required.
7) Final Travel Arrangements
- Please ensure all travel, passport, visa, and insurance documents are in order and arrive at the airport/check-in with sufficient time.
- It may be necessary to reconfirm flights with the airline prior to departure. Please request reconfirmation details at least 72 hours before your outbound flight and retain any reference number/contact name provided.
- Failure to reconfirm may result in denied boarding and you are unlikely to receive any refund.
8) Confirmation
After booking, GlobalTravelReservation will send a confirmation email acknowledging your service booking request. This email is an acceptance of your purchase request only; final confirmation is subject to availability and supplier approval.
9) Complaints
- As agents, GlobalTravelReservation will assist you with complaints where possible. You may contact our Customer Services for support.
- However, the contract(s) for your travel arrangements are between you and the principal(s) or supplier(s). Any queries or concerns relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them.
- If you experience a problem while traveling, you must report it to the principal/supplier (or their local agent/supplier) immediately. Failure to follow this procedure may reduce or eliminate any compensation you may be entitled to.
- If you wish to complain after returning home, write to the principal/supplier using the contact details provided in your confirmation documents.
